Abstract

In this study, three research variables were analyzed - price, service quality and transportation innovation - variables that affect the dependent variable, namely the interest in using Trans Jogja services. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study were to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely: price, service quality and innovation on the dependent variable, namely interest in using Trans Jogja services. In this study the object taken is the user/customer of Trans Jogja transportation. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression equation is produced: Y = -3.308+ 0.273 X1 + 0.400 X2 + 0.561 X3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant effect partially between price on the interest in using Trans Jogja services (t count value of 4.007 > t table value of 1.984472). The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence and the significant difference between service quality and interest in using Trans Jogja services (t count = 5.892 > t table = 1.984472). The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant influence between innovation and interest in using Trans Jogja services (t value count = 5.718> t table = 1.984472), The coefficient of determination gets an Adjusted R square value of 0.530 thus 53% interest in using Trans Jogja services is explained by these 3 variables, while the remaining 47% includes consumer characteristics, brand image, promotions and others . is the influence of other variables that are not included in this study.
