Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the processes and constraints that occur during import activities. Regarding the role of PPJK PT. Ramajaya Logistik Indonesia in handling candy import documents belonging to the importer PT. Loka Jaya Boga contained several related documents and the obstacles that arose in the handling of these imported documents. PT. Ramajaya Logistik Indonesia is a company engaged in PPJK both export and import. In the import sector where PT. Ramajaya Logistik Indonesia provides Customs management services. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to find out how the handling of candy import documents belonging to the importer of PT. Loka Jaya Boga and knowing what documents are needed, as well as the obstacles that exist in this activity. The writing uses observation and interview methods. The results of this paper will run smoothly if each party can fulfill the established procedures. Keywords: Import, Importir, Ramajaya, Loka Jaya, Candy, PPJK.
