Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is regarding the implementation of the Provision of Imported Goods and Local Goods Conducted by PT. Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia in Perak, Surabaya. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely the procedure for the procurement of imported goods and local goods carried out by PT. Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia and the constraints faced by PT. Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia in the process of procuring an item. PT. Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia is a company that serves Ship Docking and New Shipbuilding. PT. Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia itself has 2 offices. The first or central office is located in the Bangkalan Madura area and the second office is in Perak Surabaya. PT. Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia The Surabaya branch itself focuses on the Logistics division. Here, it provides the procurement of goods needed by the head office for the ongoing repair and construction of new ships. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to know the process of implementing the procurement of imported and local goods and to know the obstacles experienced in the implementation of the procurement of goods. Based on data collection that was carried out during land practice (Prada), the authors used several methods, namely, observation, interviews, and document studies and literature studies. The result of the discussion of this paper is the completion of the procurement of goods by PT.
