Abstract
In a company, employee takes very important role in reaching a purposive destination. Therefore, employee needs to be motivated to be more active and get a better level in working. Then for human resources, it needs a particular handling to make them able to work as expected by a company. As long as it is, a certain purpose will run well as it was planned before. In this research, researcher will analyze four research variables. Those are disciplinary, work environment, motivation, and leadership style as independent variables, while employee performance is determined as dependent variable. The object of this research is employees in PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri Semarang. Data source of this research include primary and secondary data. The researcher determined 35 respondents of employees in the company as sample. As for the analysis technique for this research, researcher used multiple linear regression that has been tested through questioner test (validity and reliability) and classical assumption test (multicolinearity, heteroscedasticity, and normality). The output of analysis using program statistic tool SPSS Ver. 16.0 is concluding multiple linear regression equation : Y = -0,879 + 0,285X1 + 0,236X2 + 0,262X3 + 0,218X4 + ….µ The output of multiple linear regression equation shows the existence of positive influence partially between disciplinary toward employee performance (t count 2,175 > t table 2,042), work environment toward employee performance (t count 2,199 > t table 2,042), motivation toward employee performance (t count 2,310 > t table 2,042), and leadership style toward employee performance (t count 2,290 > t table 2,042). While model reliability test (F count 10,004 > F table 2,69). The influence of those four research variables is strong with value of correlation R = 0,514. Simultaneously variables of disciplinary, work environment, motivation, and leadership style influenced 51,4% employee performance and 48,6% is influenced by research variable that is not detected in this research.
