Abstract
The KSOP class 1 office of Tanjung Balai karimun has an important role in supervising ship safety and ship security. The method is done by observing the phenomena that are around the office, then the changes or assessments can be carried out. After we make observations, we continue the interview, the interview here carries out structured oral communication by two or more people.
