Abstract

Employee work productivity is influenced by several factors Compensation, work experience and discipline of work as independent variables may influence employee work productivity. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the work experience and discipline of work on work productivity. The object of this study is Mojokerto City Transportation Department employees who act as data sources, 44 respondents were taken as the samples. The data will be analyzed by SPSS 21.0 using multiple linear regression technique. The result of the study and data analysis create the following regression equation: Y = 0.533 + 0.398X1 + 0.268X2 + 0.287X3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation indicate that there is a positive and partially significant effect between compensation for employee work productivity (t count = 2.772> t table = 2.01954), work experience on employee work productivity (t count = 2.337> t table = 2.01954) , work discipline on employee work productivity (t count = 2.105> t table = 2.01954) individually compensation, work experience and work discipline have an effect on employee productivity. The effect of the three variables are very strong with a coefficient value (R square) of 51.9% on employee work productivity. The other 48.1% was influenced by undetected variable of this study. According to the the data analysis, it was concluded that Compensation take the first place between those three variables that affect work productivity of Mojokerto City Transportation Department employees.
