Abstract
As a maritime nation, sea transport is the backbone of transportation, the transport system has a very important role in the strategic and facilitate the flow of goods and the high mobility, making transportation a necessity for people, especially sea transport. The purpose of this study to determine the impact analysis equipment, operations and workforce on the productivity of loading and unloading in tanjung emas semarang. This researchwas conducted at PT. PBM Tirta Sapta Samudera is a business unit that has responsibility for the implementation and the smooth flow of trade from and out of the country trough service loading and unloading of tanjung emas semarang. Productivity unloading at PT. PBM Tirta Sapta Samudera from a view period of time it still not increased. This is evident from the existence of several factors that led stevedoring productivity has increased or descread performance among others, human resource, equipment loading and unloading as well as operational support of the loading unloading activities. The data collection was dont trough a method of observation , interview , the literature study , documentation and chief . Technique the analysis used is linear regresion multiple with program assistance spss 23. Based on the result of reseach and analysis workship of idols : produced the equation : Y = 0,361 + 0,280 X1 + 0,274 X2 + 0,262 X3 Show that , based on fact empirical (in the filling out the questionnaires) and the results of linear regression multiple shows that variable equipment (X1) it has value t count of 3,455 and t table of 1,9850 so, H0 where rejected and Ha accepted. Variable operasional (X2) ) it has value t count of 4,356 and t table of 1,9850 so, H0 where rejected and Ha accepted. Variable labor (X3) ) it has value t count of 3,462 and t table of 1,9850 so, H0 where rejected and Ha accepted. This the reseach results show leadership ,motivation , work environment and cultural organization have had a positive impact and significantly to employee performance in the office PT. PBM Tirta Sapta Samudera. Password: Equipment , operasional , labor and productivity loading and unloading.
