Abstract
This research was conducted to determine how the influence of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of BMKG Semarang employees. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this research were all employees who worked at BMKG Semarang. Data were obtained using the technique of observation and direct interviews that is provided to several employees. The results showed that leadership, motivation, and work discipline played an important role and have a positive effect on the performance of BMKG Semarang employees.
