Abstract

A Port is a place that stands on land or waters with certain boundaries, used as a place for ships to lean on, up and down passengers, and loading and unloading of goods, in the form of terminals and berths which are equipped with safety and security facilities for shipping and port crews and as a place for intra and inter modes of transportation. The port is also defined as an area where ships carry out loading or unloading activities, and also as a place where ships carry out embarkation and debarkation, Clearance in and Clearance Out and await orders to move. The purpose of this paper is to find out which Clearance In and Out Outbound Passenger Ship Clearance procedure at the tanjung perak port the correct data collection method will produce data that has high credibility. In the agency activity, it must understand whether the ship we're using has filled up the ocean or not. As for the way of seeing a sea of ships, it can be done by examining documents specified by the port authority office from meeting ship safety requirements, preservative water contamination, loading lines, loading lines, loading, maintenance, crew and passenger health, ship's legal status, safety management and contamination prevention from ships, and ship security management to sailing in certain waters.
