Abstract

At the moment we are at the 21 century , challenges we immediately face is globalization with all the implication. So that business entity remain in existence so should be brave unaware that is to face the change and won competition. source the power possessed by companies like capital , methods and machinery do not showing results steady when not supported by human resource had a who steady. The formulation of problems , research objectives and hypotheses to research this is to analyze influence between variable independent namely culture organization , motivation work , style leadership and Financial Compensation to variable dependent namely performance an employee of PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras Semarang. Data sources covering primary and secondary data. Samples to this research is 115 respondents who constitute a whole an employee of PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras Semarang. Technique analyzing of is a technique linear regression multiple. Based on the research done and analysis multiple produced equation: Y = 2,656 + 0,307 X1 + 0,246 X2 + 0,277 X3 + 0,176X4 + µ The results of the regression equation is linear multiple show that there was a positive influence in partial between culture organization of the performance of an employee ( thitung = 3,346 > ttabel = 1,9818 ), motivation work of the performance of an employee ( thitung = 2,733 > ttabel = 1,9818 ), style leadership of the performance of an employee ( thitung = 3,708 > ttabel = 1,9818 ), financial compensation of the performance of an employee ( t = 2,439 > ttabel = 1,9818 ).While for feasibility study a model ( fhitung 29,847 >ftabel 2,45 ). The influence of fourth variable research very strong correlation with value adjusted r square = 0,503.Simultaneously culture organization, motivation work, style leadership, and compensation financial influential 50.3% of the performance of employees and 49,7% influenced by variable research not detected at this research.
