Abstract

Transport is one of the most important components and serves as the lifeblood and the development of economic, social, political and population mobility. This is because, as the population in both concerning quantity and main vaktor of the existence of the city itself., Triggering the growth of the population as seran administrators. The population growth in an urban area is always followed by an increase in space requirements. The higher the number the higher the population will need city hall ,. Samples in this study were 100 respondents who are motorists or public transportation that cross Jalan Pemuda Semarang. Semarang Central region, especially on Jalan Pemuda Semarang which functions as a major land use for commercial activities. This development must be balanced with the fulfillment of the transportation facilities and infrastructure, especially in parking facilities and road width. Data analysis technique is a technique of multiple linear regression Based on the results of research and analysis produced multiple equation: Y = -1.365 + 0.422 + 0.561 X1 + X3 + 0,048X2 0,165X4 +  The results of multiple linear regression equation indicates that there is a positive and significant effect partially between the service to the consumer interest t (6.643)> t table (1,661) Effect of parking on Jalan Agency t (0.790) <t table (1.661), Capacity Roads t (8.841)> t table (1.661), presence of street vendors While together (simultaneously) has positive and significant (t (2.709)> t table (1.661).
