Abstract
PT. Tirta Sarana Indo Lines is a company engaged in shipping services, in addition to shipping services the company expands its business field by providing sea transportation services. Transportation services This study aims to determine the procedures involved in the crane machine maintenance process. This writing uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of observation carried out by the author is to observe directly at PT. Tirta Sarana Indo Lines. The interview method by asking directly to the operational staff at PT. Tirta Sarana Indo Lines. And the last is the documentation method, namely by searching and collecting data from books, records, and others. The result of this research is the crane machine has many parts that must be maintained so that its operation can work optimally, the maintenance that is often done on the crane is checking the blog/pulley section. The occurrence of interference or damage due to lack of maintenance on the crane.
