Abstract
The unloading of imported goods is influenced by several factors including facilities, operations, work discipline and supervision. Of the three have an important role in increasing the unloading of imported goods with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of operational facilities work discipline and supervicion on the unloading of imported goods at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang. In this study, the population of the study was the unloading of imported goods at the Tanjung Emas Harbor Semarang with a sample of 100 respondents (sample). The variables in this study consist of: Facility independent variable (X.1), Operational (X.2), work discipline (X.3), and supervicion (X4) and the dependent variable is the Unloading of Imported Goods (Y). The data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The results of the analysis with the statistical tools of the SPSS V.25 program, it was obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = -2,260 + 0,279 X1 + 0,356 X2 + 0,208 X3 + 0,332 X4 + µ. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant influence between Facilities on Unloading Imported Goods (t count 3,421 > t tabel 1,98447), Operations on Unloading Imported Goods (t count 3,398 > t tabel 1,98447), work discipline positive and significant effect on unloading imported goods (t count 2,578 > t tabel 1,98447), supervicion positive and significant effect on unloading imported goods (t count 4,829 > t tabel 1,98447) individually facilities, operations work discipline and supervicion have an effect on unloading imported goods. The effect of the three variables on the unloading of imported goods in this study is quite strong with the coefficient value (R Square) obtained by 64.8% on unloading imported goods and 35.2% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.
