Abstract
PT. New River Logistics Semarang as a transportation management company that provides export and import shipping services, both by land, sea and air, as well as trucking and warehouse services. This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of the factors of the Export Process, Responsibility for Transportation Management Services and the Process of Warehousing Management on the Operational Performance of PT. New River Logistics Semarang. This research was conducted on service users of PT. New River Logistics Semarang as a population of 73 respondents. Data was collected through the method of Observation, Literature Study, Interviews, Documentation, Questionnaires. The analysis technique used is based on the results of research and multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS V.25 program. Based on the results of the research, the following equations are generated: Y = 0.714 + 0.319 X1 + 0.355 X2 + 0.241 X3 + From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the company's operational performance is the variable of responsibility for transportation management services with a regression coefficient of 0.355. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) the results obtained are 0.577 or 57.7%, which means that the Company's Operational Performance at PT. New River Logistics Semarang is influenced by the variables of Export Process, Responsibility for Transportation Management Services, and Warehousing Management Processes on the Company's Operational Performance which is 57.7% and other factors that affect the Company's Operational Performance of PT. New River Logistics Semarang is 42.3%. Thus the results of the study indicate that the Export Process, Responsibility for Transportation Management Services, and the Warehousing Management Process have a positive and significant impact on the Operational Performance of PT.
