Abstract
This research was conducted to determine supervision, equipment capacity, number of labor gangs, and service performance on loading and unloading performance at PT. Port of Indonesia II Tanjungpandan Belitung Branch. Data was collected through observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analytical technique used is the results of research and multiple analysis resulting in the following equation: Y = 1.158+0.206X1+0.298X2 +0.218X3+0.224X4+ Where the loading and unloading performance variables (Y), supervision (X1), tool capacity (X2), number of labor gangs (X3), and service performance (X4) were tested using the t-test showing that the four independent variables partially have a significant influence on loading and unloading activity performance as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.576 indicates that 57.6 percent of the loading and unloading activity performance variables can be explained through the four independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 42.4 percent is explained by other variables outside the four variables used in this study.
