Abstract
Effectiveness comes from the word effective which means there is a result, influence, can bring results. Effectiveness is also defined as a measurement of success in achieving predetermined goals. The effectiveness of the loading and unloading performance system is the utilization of certain amounts of resources, facilities and infrastructure that are consciously determined beforehand to produce a number of goods for the services it carries out. Increase in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of port facilities, loading and unloading equipment, loading and unloading labor and loading and unloading time on the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance. This research was conducted at Tanjung Intan Port, Cilacap. The sample used was loading and unloading workers at the TKBM Cooperative at Tanjung Intan Port, Cilacap. The data was collected by means of observation, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.25 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated: Y = -1,508 + 0,420 X1, + 0,230 X2 + 0,232 X3 + 0,287 X4 + µ. Where the variables of the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance (Y), Port Facilities (X1), loading and unloading equipment (X2), loading and unloading labor (X3) and loading and unloading time (X4) were tested using the t test, showing that the four independent variables partially have an influence which is significant to the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.531 indicates that 53.1% of the loading and unloading performance effectiveness variable can be explained through the four independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 46.9% is explained by other variables outside the four variables used in this study.
