Abstract

In this study, four research variables were analyzed: facilities, accessibility, timeliness, convenience as independent variables that influence the dependent variable, namely the service user decisiond of Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) Jateng. Problem formulation, research objectives and hypotheses in this study are to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely facilities, accessibilities, timeliness, convenience tothe dependent variable, namely the service user decisions of Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) Jateng.. In this study, the objects taken were users of the Jateng Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) corridor I Route Tawang-Bawen. Data sources includeprimary and secondary data. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were users of the Jateng Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) corridor I Route Tawang-Bawen.. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique and with statistical tools SPSS 25.0, based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression equation is generated: Y = -2.323 + 0.337X1 + 0.206X2 + 0.375X3 + 0.288X4 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between the facilities of service user decisions (t count = 4.014 > t table = 1.98498), the accessibility of service user decisions(t count = 2.820 > t table = 1.98498), the timeliness of service user decisions (t count = 3.589 > t table = 1.98498), the convenience to service user decisions (t count = 3.208 > t table = 1.98498) while the coefficient of determinationgets the Adjusted R value square of 0.792 thus 79.2% of the variation of the dependent variable of Service User Decisions can be explained by variations of the four independent variables, namely Facilities, Accessibility, Timeliness, Convenience. While the rest of (100% - 79.2% = 20.8%) is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: Facilities, Accessibility, Timeliness, Convenience, Service User
