Abstract
Aviation safety is a condition where safety requirements are fulfilled in the use of airspace, aircraft, airports, air transportation, flight navigation and other supporting facilities and public facilities. As an airport that is also of international standard, General Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang, must pay attention to security and safety which has a very important and strategic role in flight operations, so that the administration and development can run properly. In this study, aviation safety is influenced by several factors including safety culture factors, safety management systems and officer performance. These three factors have an important role in improving flight safety. The population in this study were employees at PT. Angkasa Pura 1 Semarang and Airnav Semarang with a research sample of 100 respondents, the variables in the study consisted of: safety culture independent variables (X.1), safety management system (X.2) and officer performance (X.3) as well as variables bound, namely aviation safety (Y). The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistic Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the research by testing the t-test hypothesis partially show that safety culture, safety management system and officer performance have a positive and significant effect on flight safety. Based on the research results it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is: Y = 1,599 + 0,272.X1 + 0,347.X2 + 0,269.X3 + µ.From the regression equation, it can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant influence on aviation safety is the safety management system variable with a regression coefficient of 0.347. And the R2 (R Square) test resulted in a result of 0.650 or 65,0%, which means that flight safety at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang is influenced by safety culture variables, safety management systems and officer performance, namely 65,0% and Other factors that affect flight safety at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang are 35,0% or 0.350 Keywords : Safety Culture, Safety Management System, and officer performance and Aviation safety
