Abstract
Sriwijaya Air is one of the service companies in the aviation sector that is included in the medium service class This study aims to analyze the effect of facilities, comfort, corporate image and price on passenger satisfaction.. The sample in this study were 100 respondents are airline passengers through a non-probability sampling technique, namely using insidential sampling with special characteristics of respondents aged over 17 years, male sex and student status. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression data analysis methods with the results:Y = -2,083 + 0,225X1 + 0,411X2 + 0,167 X3 + 0,357X4 + µ From the results of this study there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the four independent variables are facilities of 0.225 (X1), comfort of 0.411 (X2), corporate image 0.167 (X3) and price of 0.357 ( X4) which was studied proved to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of user satisfaction (Y). In the coefficient of determination test (R square) the Adjust R Square value is 0.621, meaning 62,1% of the variation in the dependent variable is user satisfaction. While other factors that affect work accountability (100%-62,1%) = 37.9%. So, the remaining 37,9% are other variables that are not proposed in this study.
