Abstract
The effectiveness of loading and unloading performance is the ability of a successful loading and unloading company to provide something that is expected, as well as to choose the right goals in achieving the goals that have been set. The existence of Human Resources, Operations, and Equipment Capacity, PT. PELINDO Tanjung Balai Karimun Branch must pay attention to the effectiveness of good and regular loading and unloading performance. In this study, the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance is influenced by several factors including: Human Resources, Operations, and Equipment Capacity. Of these factors have an important role in increasing the effectiveness of loading and unloading performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PELINDO Tanjung Balai Karimun Branch with a sample size of 60 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 25 application. The results of testing the t-test hypothesis indicate that Human Resources, Operations, and Equipment Capacity have a positive and significant effect partially on the Effectiveness of Loading and Unloading Performance. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the research model from the multiple linear regression equation produces the following equation: Y = 1.472 + 0.2751+ 0.310X2 + 0.294X3 + µ From the equation results show that the Human Resources (X1) has (t count 2,261 > table 1,672), Operational variable (X2) has (t count 2,605 > t table 1,672), and Tool Capacity variable (X3) has (t count 2,410 > t table 1,672). As for the value of Adjusted R2= 0.631. This means that 63.1% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y) The Effectiveness of Loading and Unloading Performance is explained by the independent variables, namely Human Resources (X1), Operations (X2), and Equipment Capacity (X3). The remaining 100% - 63.1% = 36.9%, influenced by other variables outside the study. Keywords: Effectiveness of Loading and Unloading Performance, Human Resources, Operations, and Equipment Capacity.
