Abstract
Speed Demolish Load Chest Pack is one problem always get attention serious at the crate port pack up for each country, port performance can be used to determine the level of port service to port users (ships and goods), which depends on the service time of the ship while in port. Transportation sea Becomes transportation main in the field trade. Transport things done pass sea be very efficient because power big haul so that role harbor as the place where boat could To do demolish load goods become very important with support means nor adequate infrastructure. Study this have destination for knowing Analysis factors which affects Source Power Human, Tool Need, Utilization Field against Speed Unloading the Coffin Pack. This research was conducted at the Port of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang as sample. Collection data conducted through method observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Analysis technique which used is regression linear multiple with help program SPSS V.2 5 . Based on results study and analysis multiple generated equality : Y= -1.129+0.422.X1+0.310.X2+0.341.X3+ µ Where is the variable Speed Demolish Load Chest Pack (Y), Source Power Humans (X1), Tool Needs (X2), and Utilization Field (X3) tested using t test shows that third variable independent by Partial have significant influence to speed demolish load chest pack up as variable dependent . The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.576 shows that 57.6% variable speed demolish load chest pack up could explained through third variable independent in equality regression . Whereas the remaining 42.4% is explained by other variables outside third variable used in study this.
