Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the influence of facility variables, human resource variables, location variables and security variables on the operational performance of the technical service unit testing motor vehicles at the Banjarnegara Regency Transportation Service. The population used in this study were all service users who used motorized vehicle testing services during the month of October, amounting to 756 populations and the sample used in this study amounted to 100 service user respondents who used motorized vehicle testing services, using non-probability sampling technique. namely by quota sampling. Quota sampling with special characteristics of respondents aged over 17 years, male and female who are users of motor vehicle testing services. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 24. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the research model of the linear regression equation the multiple is Y= -2.239 + 0.280.X1 + 0.354.X2 + 0.212.X3 + 0.325.X4 + . The results of the research by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that the facility variable, human resource variable, location variable and security variable had a positive and significant effect on operational performance. From the results of this study there is a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the four independent variables are the facility variable of 0.280 (X1), the human resource variable of 0.354 (X2), the location variable of 0.212 (X3), and the safety variable is 0.325(X4) From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting operational performance is the human resource variable with a regression coefficient of 0.354. And the determinant coefficient test (R Square) obtained the results of 0.638 or 63.8% which means that operational performance is influenced by the facility variable, human resource variable, location variable and security variable which is 63.8% and other factors that affect performance. operational by 36.2% or 0.32. Keywords: Facilities, Human Resources, Location, security, and Operational Performance.
