Abstract

Work safety is an important factor for the office to prepare funds for employees who have accidents at work. For this reason, the office must create a workplace environment that meets the requirements and rules set by the government. Occupational health is described as a form of efforts and rules to protect the workforce or employees from events or conditions that are detrimental to health when the worker or employee performs work in an employment relationship. Supervision is the overall effort to observe the implementation of operational activities in order to ensure that the various activities are in accordance with the predetermined plan. Behavior is a response from oneself to an object or objects around it. In this study, work safety is influenced by several factors including: Health, supervision, and work behavior. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 application. The results of the t-test hypothesis testing showed that Health, Monitoring, and Work Behavior had a positive and partially significant effect on Occupational Safety. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation resulted in the following equation: Y=1,821+0,271X_1+0,193X_2+0,197X_3+0,186X_4+µ The results of the equation show that the Health variable (X1) has (t count 4.882 > t table 1.984), the Supervision variable (X2) has (t count 3,261 > t table 1984), and the Work Behavior variable (X3) has (t count 2.480 > t table 1984). As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.626. This means that 62.6% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Occupational Safety is explained by the independent variables, namely Health, Supervision, and Work Behavior. The remaining 100% - 62.6% = 37.4%, influenced by other variables outside the study. Key Words : Work Safety, Health, Supervision, and Work Behavior
