Abstract

In this study, four research variables were analyzed: service quality, timeliness, facilities, accessibility as independent variables that influence the dependent variable, namely the decision to use the services of Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) Semarang. Problem formulation, research objectives and hypotheses in this study are to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely service quality, timeliness, facilities, accessibility to the dependent variable, namely the decision to use services on Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) Semarang. In this study, the objects taken were users of the Semarang Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) corridor II Terboyo – Sisemut, Ungaran. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were users of the Semarang Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) corridor II Terboyo – Sisemut, Ungaran. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique and with statistical tools SPSS 25.0, based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression equation is generated: Y = -2.323 + 0.337X1 + 0.206X2 + 0.375X3 + 0.288X4 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between service quality on the decision to use the service (t count = 4.014 > t table = 1.98525), timeliness of the decision to use the service (t count = 2.820 > t table = 1.98525), facilities for decisions to use services (t count = 3.589 > t table = 1.98525), accessibility to decisions to use services (t count = 3.208 > t table = 1.98525) while the coefficient of determination gets the Adjusted R value square of 0.792 thus 79.2% of the variation of the dependent variable of Decision to Use Services can be explained by variations of the four independent variables, namely service quality, timeliness, facilities and accessibility. While the rest of (100% - 79.2% = 20.8%) is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: Quality of Service, Timeliness, Facilities, Accessibility and Decision to Use Services.
