Abstract
Work safety is a state of avoiding danger when doing work. PT. IPC Container Terminal Palembang is a company that serves / is engaged in loading and unloading. This study aims to determine the effect of Safety Equipment, Work Discipline, OHS Management and Human Resources on TKBM Work Safety at PT. Palembang Container Terminal IPC. The population in this study was loading and unloading workers and the sample used in this study was 60 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling incidental sampling type, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 25. The regression formulation in this study is as follows: Y = -1,878 + 0,288X1 + 0,335X2 + 0,332X3 + 0,263X4 + µ From this equation, it is known that the most dominant variable that influences work safety is the K3 Management variable with a regression coefficient of 0.332. The R2 (R Square) test obtained results of 0.68.4 or 68.4% which means that work safety is influenced by the variables of safety equipment, work discipline, K3 management and Human Resources which is 68.4% and other factors that influence TKBM work safety at PT. The IPC of Container Terminal is 31.6%. Keyword: work safety, safety devices, work discipline, OHS management and human resources
