The sample of this study amounted to 87 respondent pilot service users at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Batam. By using the cencus sampling data technique. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that Customer experience, consumer trust, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the research model of thE multiple linear regression equation is Y= 0.924 + 0.348.X1 + 0.462.X2 + 0.156.X3 + µ. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting Service User Satisfaction is the Tariff Perception variable with a regression coefficient of 0.462. And the R2 test (Adjusted R Square) obtained the results of 0.54 or 0.54%% which means that Service User Satisfaction is influenced by the Vessel Operations variable, Perception of Tariffs and Guidance Services which is 0.54% and other factors that affect Satisfaction Service Users by 46% . Keywords: Ship Operations, Perceptio of Tariffs, Pilotage Services on service user Satisfaction.
