Abstract

KAI Access is an application created by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia with the aim of making it easier for its users in terms of purchasing tickets online. This study aims to analyze the influence of usability perception, ease and security perception on train ticket purchase decisions on the KAI Access Application. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were users of the KAI Access Application through a nonprobability sampling technique, namely using incidental sampling with special characteristics of respondents over 17 years old, using the KAI Access application at least 1 time and having the status of a tourist. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression data analysis methods with the results of: Y = -2,260 + 0,279X1 + 0,356X2 + 0,208 X3 + 0,332X4 + µ. From the results of this study, there is a relationship between free variables and bound variables, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the four free variables, namely the usability perception of 0.232 (X1), the ease perception of 0.457 (X2) and the security of 0.152 (X3) studied have proven to have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision-bound variable (Y). In the coefficient of determination (R square) test, the Adjust R Square value of 0.647 means that 64.7% of variable variations are bound by purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, other factors that affect work accountability (100%-64.7%) = 35.3%. So, the remaining 35.3% of other variables were not proposed in this study. Keywords : Ease Perception, Convenience Perception, Security and Purchasing Decision.
