Abstract
Sailing safety is one of the problems that must be a concern at the Kayangan - Poto Tano port which is very influential in a safe condition physically, socially, spiritually, financially, politically, emotionally, occupationally, psychologically, or educationally and protected from threats to environmental factors. that factor. In a shipping activity, safety is a very important factor and is always maintained in order to create zero accidents. This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of the ship arrival time process, loading and unloading process, and ship departure factors on the safety of sailing ships owned by PT. Multi-Use Maritime. This research was conducted on the crew of PT. Multi-Use Maritime as a population. Data was collected through the methods of Observation, Literature Study, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire. The analysis technique used is based on the results of research and multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS V.25 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis resulted in the following equation: Y = -0.997 + 0.363 X1 + 0.340 X2 + 0.361 X3 + . From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the company's sailing safety is the ship departure process variable with a regression coefficient of 0.288. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) the result is 0.730 or 73% which means that Sailing Safety at PT. Multi Purpose Maritime is influenced by the variables of the Ship Arrival Process, Loading and Unloading Process, and Ship Departure which is 73% and other factors that affect Sailing Safety on ships owned by PT. Maritime Multi Purpose is 27%. Thus the results of the study indicate that the Ship Arrival Process, Loading and Unloading Process, and Ship Departure have a positive and significant impact on Sailing Safety on ships owned by PT.
