Abstract

71:e purpose ofthis stud}' is to determine whether or no/ there is an effec: ofloading­ unloading handling, goods responsibility and export procedures on PT. Gateway Container Line's customer satisfuction. The sample in this study amounted lo 92 service user respondents, using non­probability sampling technique. namely incidental sampling .111a(11sis of the data used in this study Ls descriptive analysis and quantitauve analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (Sl'.S:'\) version 16. 't he results of' the studv by partially testing the I­test hypothesis showed that Loading­ unloading handling, goods responsibility and export procedures have a positive and signlficon: impact on customer satisfaction. Based 011 the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is y. 0.719 + 0.382 XI+ 0.3/J X2 + 0.2-1'1 X3 +. From 1}1e regression equation. it can be seen that 1J1e most dominant variable q.(/'ecJing customer satisfaction is the t.oodtng­untoading Handling variable 111i1h a regression coefficient of 0.382. And the 1(2 (II Square) test obtained results of 0.382 or 38. 2% which means that customer satisfaction is irfluenced by the variables of' t.oading­ unloading Handling, Goods Responsibillty and Export Procedures which is 38. 2% and otherfactors that affect Customer Satisfaction by 71. 9% or 0. 719 % Keywords: Loading­unloading Handling, Goods Responsibility, Export Procedures r1nd Customer Soti.~/£1ct.=011
