Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an influence of service standards, accessibility, and transportation responsibility on the decisions of MV ship users. Trans JB. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents of MV ship passengers. Trans JB, using a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that service standards, accessibility, and transport responsibility have a positive and significant impact on the decisions of service users. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= 2.133 + 0.338X1 + 0.256X2 + 0.226X3 + . From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing service user decisions is the service standard variable with a regression coefficient of 0.338. And the R2 test (Adjusted R Square) obtained the results of 61.5% which means that the decision of service users is influenced by the variables of service standard, accessibility, and transportation responsibility which is 61.5% and other factors that influence the decision of service users by 38, 5% or 0.385.
