Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an influence on worker health, personal protective equipment, and worker behavior on loading and unloading work safety. The number of samples in this study amounted to 59 respondents of loading and unloading workers, using probability sampling technique, namely by simple random sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that worker health, personal protective equipment, and worker behavior have a positive and significant impact on loading and unloading work safety. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= 4.075 + 0.175.X1 + 0.251.X2 + 0.748.X3 + . From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting loading and unloading work safety is the worker's health variable with a regression coefficient of 0.175. And the R2 test (R Square) obtained a result of 72.0% which means that loading and unloading work safety is influenced by the variables of worker health, personal protective equipment, and worker behavior which is 72.0% and other factors that influence service user decisions are 28 .0% or 0.280. Keywords: Worker Health, Personal Protective Equipment, Worker Behavior and Loading and Unloading Work Safety.
