Abstract
Delay in Goods is where the implementation time is not utilized in accordance with the planned activity, causing one or several following activities to be delayed or not completed on schedule according to the planned schedule. Therefore PT. Rejeki Pulau Samudera Logistic Semarang is committed to continuously increasing the delivery of goods by sea so that there are no delays in goods. However, the delivery of goods is not always in accordance with the targets that have been determined every year. Therefore, it is necessary to measure delays related to human resources, waiting times and force majeure. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of human resources, waiting time and force majeure partially on the delay of goods at PT. Ocean Logistics Island Fortune Semarang. This study also aims to analyze the most dominant factor influencing the delay in goods at PT. Rejeki Pulau Samudera Logistic Semarang Semarang. This research was conducted using a questionnaire method to employees, truck drivers and service users as many as 63 respondents. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is as follows: Y = 1,941+ 0,140.X1 + 0,219.X2 + 0,458.X3 + µ From the equation results show that the HR variable (X1) has (t count 1.674 > t table 1.999), the waiting time variable (X2) has (t count 2.043 > t table 1.999), and the Force Majeure variable (X3) has (t count 5.853 > t table 1.999). As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.737. This means that 737.5% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y) namely Delay in Goods is explained by the independent variables, namely HR, Waiting Time, and Force Majeure. The remaining 100% - 73.7% = 26.3%, influenced by other variables outside the study. Keywords: Goods Delay, HR, Waiting Time, and Force Majeure
