Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Role of Ship Agents, Docking Repair Process, Work Competence, and Ship Docking Equipment partially on Ship Docking Productivity on shipyard owners, ship agents and dock implementation employees. In this study, the sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with the Simple Random Sampling method because the elements to be selected at random without regard to the strata of the shipyard owner, ship agent and dock implementation employee are 80 people. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) SSPS version 25. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation : Y = -1,176 + 0,334X1 + 0,181X2 + 0,318X3 + 0,302X4 + µ The constant value of -1.176 means that if the independent variable is considered constant, then Ship Docking Productivity has a value of -1.176, the regression coefficient value of the Ship Agent Role variable (X1) of 0.334 means that if it is increased by one unit while the other independent variables are considered constant, then Ship Docking Productivity variable will increase by 0.334. The regression coefficient value of the Docking Repair Process v ariable (X2) is 0.181, meaning that if it is increased by one unit while the other independent variables are considered constant, the Ship Docking Productivity variable will increase by 0.181. The regression coefficient value of the Work Competence (X3) variable is 0.318, meaning that if it is increased by one unit while the other independent variables are considered constant, the Ship Docking Productivity variable will increase by 0.318. The regression coefficient value of the Ship Docking Equipment variable (X4) is 0.302, meaning that if it is increased by one unit while the other independent variables are considered constant, the Ship Docking Productivity variable will increase by 0.302. .
