Abstract
This research is motivated by the provision of public transportation services that are better, safer, orderly, effective, efficient and affordable aiming to reduce traffic congestion so that private vehicle users switch to public transportation. The Trans Java BRT transportation service is one of the solutions for public transportation that has a bus system that is better, orderly, fast, comfortable, safe, affordable in terms of infrastructure, vehicles and schedules. This study aims to determine the effect of tariffs, service quality, timeliness and facilities on the decisions of users of the Trans Jateng BRT in the Kedungsepur Corridor III area (Semarang-Grobogan Route). This type of research is using quantitative analysis methods. With data collection tools using a questionnaire. This study used 100 respondents, namely passengers of the Trans Jateng BRT in the Kedungsepur Corridor III area (Semarang-Grobogan Route). The sampling technique used incidental sampling technique, the tests used were validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used tabulation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression and T test. Based on this research, it is known that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is: Y= -0.985 + 0.314.X1 + 0.267.X2 + 0.331.X3 + 0.153.X4 + µ From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the increase in passenger decisions using the Trans Jateng BRT is the Service Quality variable with a regression coefficient of 0.331.
