Abstract

Worker safety is influenced by various factors including loading and unloading procedures, facilities, safety. All three have an important role in influencing worker safety. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a partial effect of loading and unloading procedures, safety facilities, job training on the safety of workers at Tanjung Intan Port, Cilacap. The sample in this study was 72 respondents who were workers at Tanjung Intan Port, Cilacap, using purposive sampling. The analytical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on this analysis, the following multiple linear regression equation was obtained : Y = 0.614+0,483X1+ 0,323X2+ 0,148X3 + μ From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting worker safety is loading and unloading procedures with a regression coefficient of 0.483 and adjusted r square, the results are 0.731 or 73.1%, which means that worker safety is influenced by the variables of loading and unloading procedures, safety facilities. , work training. That is equal to 73.1% and other factors that affect worker safety that is equal to 26.9% are explained by reasons other than the variables studied. Keywords: loading and unloading procedures, safety facilities, job training
