Abstract
Productivity of loading and unloading is the result or output of speed in handling goods, productivity is the same as the unit produced, the input used is the same as the unit produced, or the person used, productivity measurement is the first step in increasing productivity. Therefore PT. Adhi Guna Putera Rembang is committed to continuously increasing the productivity of loading and unloading at the Special Port of PLTU Rembang. However, the productivity of loading and unloading does not always match the targets that have been determined every year. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the productivity of loading and unloading related to time, labor and equipment. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of time, labor and equipment partially on the productivity of loading and unloading at the Special Port of PLTU Rembang by PT. Adhi Guna Putera Rembang. This study also aims to analyze the factors that have the most dominant influence on loading and unloading productivity at the Special Port of PLTU Rembnag. This research was conducted using a questionnaire method to employees and workers of PT. Adhi Guna Putera Rembnag as many as 50 respondents. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is as follows: Y = 1,047+ 0,213.X1 + 0,238.X2 + 0,437.X3 + µ From the equation results show that the Time variable (X1) has (t count 2,227 > t table 2,011), the Labor variable (X2) has (t count 2,121 > t table 2,011), and the Equipment variable (X3) has (t count 5,289 > t table 2.011). As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.755. This means that 75.5% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Loading and Unloading Productivity is explained by the independent variables, namely Time, Labor, and Equipment. The remaining 100% - 75.5% = 24.5%, influenced by other variables outside the study. Key Words : Loading and Unloading Productivity, Time, The Labor, and Equipment.
