Abstract
As a maritime country, sea transportation is the backbone of the transportation system. Sea transportation works to serve the mobility of people, goods and services connected to inter-island economic activities and international relations. PT. International Core Shipping is one of the companies engaged in the national logistics sector. PT. International core shipping is progressing rapidly and has become a company that has an important role, one of which is shown by the many loading and unloading companies that take shelter in it. One of them is PT. Indonesian Plywood. PT. Kayu Lapis Indonesia is one of the loading and unloading companies. Productivity of loading and unloading goods at PT. Indonesian plywood seen from some time still feels that it has not experienced an increase. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of equipment, operational, and labor factors on loading and unloading productivity at PT. Indonesian Plywood. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Results Based on the research, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= 1.238 + 0.425 X1 + 0.347.X2 + 0.113.X3 + µ.. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the increase in productivity is the equipment variable with a regression coefficient of 0.425. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis show that productivity and operations have a positive and significant effect on loading and unloading products. Meanwhile, unloading power does not affect productivity. The R (R Square) test obtained as follows: equipment variables (X1), operational quality (X2), and loading and unloading labor (X3) have a contribution of 0.563 or 56.3% in influencing productivity (Y). While other factors that affect the productivity of loading and unloading (100% - 56.3%) = 43.7%. So, the remaining 43.7% of other variables that were not proposed in this study.
