Abstract

Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is Natural Gas that is cooled to a temperature of -160°C at atmospheric pressure so that it changes phase into a liquid and has a volume efficiency of 1/600 of its original state as a gas. Along with the increasing demand for LNG supply in Indonesia, the government has taken steps through the delivery of LNG iso tanks (Liquefied Natural Gas), namely bulk gas cargoes stored in tank containers. This study aims to determine the factors that affect facilities, human resources, time, and weather on loading and unloading productivity. This research was conducted at Pertamina Cargo Terminal PT. Pertamina Trans Continental Bontang Branch. Data was collected through observation methods, literature studies, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.25 program. Based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis, the following equations are produced : Y = 0,161 + 1,134X1 + 0,515X2 + 0,187X3 + 0,181X4 + µ From the results of the multiple linear regression equation, it shows that the Facility variable (X1) has (t count 2,005 > t table 1,980), Human Resources variable (X2) has (t count 8,451 > t table 1,980), the Time variable (X3) has (t count 2.842 > t table 1.980) and the Weather variable (X4) has (t count 2.442 > t table 1.980). As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.629. This means that 62.9% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Loading and Unloading Productivity can be explained by the independent variables, namely Facilities (X1), Human Resources (X2), Time (X3), and Weather (X4). While the remaining 100% - 62.9% = 37.1%, influenced by other variables outside the study, such as: processing of ship documents, accuracy of anchoring ships, piloting skills, and so on. Key Words : Productivity of Loading and Unloading, Facilities, Human Resources, Time, and Weather.
