Abstract
Controlling the practice of vehicles with overloads or dimensions over loading (ODOL) is important to maintain road stability and reduce the risk of accidents. The research was conducted on Jalan Raya Pantura, more precisely on Jalan Raya Kediri – Blitar, Srengat, Blitar, East Java, by examining overload and excess dimensions to determine the destructive power of goods transport vehicles. In this research, the sampling method is using non-probability sampling technique. The sampling technique used in this study is incidental sampling. Because the sampling of the population is carried out directly in the field. The results of the linear regression equation are Y1,821+0,424 X1+0,263 X2+0,178 X3+µ Based on the results of research and data processing obtained from distributing questionnaires regarding the variables of Road Classification, Vehicle Load and Traffic Traffic on Road Damage on the Kediri-Blitar Highway, East Java, the results of statistical tests with multiple linear regression equations that partially X1, X2, and X3 variables have a positive and significant impact Road Classification (X1) of 0.424 with a significance value of 0.087, then the t-test results in 4.882 while the t-table value is 1.985 and has a significance value of 0.000, the value is smaller than 0.05. Vehicle Load (X2) is 0.263 with a significance value of 0.081, then the t-test results in 3.261 while the t-table value is 1.985 and has a significance value of 0.002, the value is smaller than 0.05. Traffic (X3) is 0.178 with a significance value of 0.072, then the t-test results in 2.480 while the t-table value is 1.985 and has a significance value of 0.015, the value is smaller than 0.05.
