Abstract
The problem of welfare has always been the main problem in every region, because the progress of a region is reflected in the level of welfare of its people. The existence of the Ketapang Port in Ketapang Village is one of the factors that affect the welfare of the people of Ketapang Village. Ketapang Port acts as a crossing port that connects the island of Java to the island of Bali which is expected to provide changes to the welfare of the community. This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of the port Economic Sector, Port Social Sector, and Port Environment on the Welfare of the Ketapang Village Community. This research was conducted on the people of Ketapang Village as a population. Data was collected through the methods of Observation, Literature Study, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire. The analytical technique used is based on the results of research and multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS V.25 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equation is obtained: Y= 0.610 + 0.198.X1 + 0.191.X2 + 0.532.X3+ . From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the welfare of the community is the port environment variable with a regression coefficient of 0.532. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) the result is 0.602 or 60.2% which means that the welfare of the Ketapang Village Community is influenced by the variables of the Port Economic Sector, Port Social Sector, and Port Environment which is 60.2% and other factors that affect the welfare The community in Ketapang Village is 39.8%. Thus the results of the study indicate that the Port Economic Sector, Port Social Sector, and Port Environment have a positive and significant impact on the Welfare of the Ketapang Village Community. .
