Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Ticket Fares, and Facilities partially on the Interest of KM. Dharma Rucitra 9. In this study, the sampling technique used is Nonprobability sampling with the incidental Sanpling method because the elements to be selected are based on chance, i.e. anyone who coincidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample, when viewed from the person being met. suitable as a data source as many as 97 people. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SSPS version 26 (software). The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the following equation: Y = -1,176 + 0,334X1 + 0,181X2 + 0,318X3 + 0,302X4 + µ The constant value of 2.079 means that if the independent variable is considered constant, then Service User Interest has a value of 2.079, the regression coefficient value of the Service Quality variable (X1) of 0.350 means that if it is increased by one unit while other independent variables are considered constant, then the User Interest variable Services will increase by 0.350. The regression coefficient value of the Ticket Tariff variable (X2) is 0.240, meaning that if it is increased by one unit while the other independent variables are considered constant, then the Service User Interest variable will increase by 0.240. The regression coefficient value of the Facility variable (X3) is 0.236, meaning that if it is increased by one unit while the other independent variables are considered constant, then the Passenger Safety variable will increase by 0.236.
