Abstract
The number of bus companies that operate bus with the same goal pose stiff competition in attracting passengers. In the interest of passengers be aware of factors - factors that can attract the interest of, among other services, facilities and comfort. This study aims to identify factors - these factors on the interest of passengers Bus Selamet Department Pati - Jakarta. This research was conducted at the headquarters of PO. Selamet with a sample of 100 respondents drawn using a random sample. The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, coefficient of determination, and a t test with testing tools SPSS version 22 The results of statistical calculation shows the model of linear regression equation: Y = - 0,297 + 0,356 X1+ 0,382 X2+ 0,256 X3 + μ Testing research shows service (X1) positive effect on the interest of passengers (t arithmetic = 4,739 > t table = 1,9850), facilities (X2) has positive influence on the interest of passengers (t arithmetic = 4,501 > t table = 1,9850), comfort (X3) positive effect on the interest of passengers (t arithmetic = 3,847 > t table = 1,9850). The coefficient of determination (R2) = 0,654 and μ = 0,346.
