Abstract
Stevedoring Company is an Indonesian Legal Entity in the form of a Limited Liability Company that carries out related service businesses in the field of transportation in the waters, specifically for loading and unloading of goods. The supply of loading and unloading equipment will affect the progress of the company, especially in the process of repairing loading and unloading equipment. The faster the repair process, the faster the loading and unloading activities will be completed. So that this writing aims to determine the administrative report process for the repair of loading and unloading equipment, the equipment used, the costs incurred in the process of repairing loading and unloading equipment, and obstacles and solutions in the process of repairing loading and unloading equipment at PT Krakatau Jasa Samudera. This work was compiled using quantitative and qualitative data with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation So that the results of observations are obtained in the form of repairs with preventive and corrective methods for repair procedures for loading and unloading equipment with or without available spare parts. Loading and unloading tools are divided into two, namely mechanical and non-mechanical tools. The process of repairing the loading and unloading equipment will incur costs, namely the cost of purchasing spare parts, the cost of renting repair tools, the cost of mechanics from outside the company and other costs. And there are several obstacles that are often found such as spare part supplies that must be checked regularly, incomplete damage report data, and a lot of time needed to approve the process of repairing the loading and unloading equipment.
