Abstract
PT. Inti Sukses Garmindo is one of the companies with bonded zone facilities, conducting business activities in the processing of goods and materials, sorting engineering, initial inspection, final inspection and packing of imported goods and materials or goods and materials from other Indonesian customs areas, the results of which are mainly for export. PT. Inti Sukses Garmindo in managing the documentation process for the release of its imported fabrics involved the services of Freight Forwading and PPJK PT. Quanterm Logistindo, The purpose of this paper is to find out the procedure for importing PT. Inti Sukses Garmindo uses Freight Forwarding services, as well as to find out related parties, obstacles and solutions in the activities of importing PT. Inti Sukses Garmindo uses the services of Freight Forwader PT. Quanterm Logistindo. The data collection method used is Observation by observing each stage of import activities and observing the obstacles that occur. Interview method, the interview was conducted with Mr. Purnawan S as the EXIM Manager of PT. Garmindo Success Core. Keywords : Procedure, Import, Fabric, Freight Forwader.
