Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by various factors such as organizational culture, leadership, work discipline, and workload. All four have an important role in improving the performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of organizational culture, leadership, work discipline, and the workload on the performance of employees of PT. Berlian Laju Tanker either silmutan or partially. In this study, the population are employees of PT. Berlian Laju Tanker numbered 60 people. The variables in this study consisted of: independent variables are the organizational culture (X1), leadership (X2), work discipline (X3) and workload (X4) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Data collection method used is the method of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results of the analysis with the SPSS statistical tools (statistical Product And Service Solutions) Ver 22.0 multiple linear regression equation Y = 0,100+ 0,254 X1 + 0,113 X2 + 0,206 X3 + 0,406 X4 + . The results of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive influence and significantly between organizational culture on employee performance (t = 3,756 > table = 2.004), leadership on employee performance (t = 2,010 > table = 2.004), work discipline on employee performance (t = 3,042> table = 2,004), the workload on employee performance (t = 6,851> table = 2.004) individually and simultaneously influence organizational culture, leadership, work discipline, and workload collectively - have the same effect as 40.184> Ftable 2,54. The fourth influence is very strong research variables with coefficient of determination (R2) obtained for 74,5% of the performance of employees and 25.5%, by variables that were not detected in this study.
