Abstract
The need for sea transportation services is increasing, both good and kind. One of the components of the sea transportation system is the port, where the sea port is one of the sub-systems of sea transportation that has the main function, namely as a safe place for anchoring and mooring ships and as a terminal for the transfer of goods and transportation by land and sea transportation. With the ongoing spread of COVID-19, activities at the port will continue but within the prescribed health protocols. PT. Tera Logistic Indonesia Batang branch is one of the companies engaged in the agency sector, one of which serves the arrival and departure of TB ships. Biliton 688 & BG. Seliu 8. The purpose of the observations made by the author is to find out the services of ship arrivals and ship departures, the required certificates, related parties, the impact of covid-19 on ship arrivals and ship departures, obstacles and solutions that must be given. The method used is the method of observation, documentation, interviews and literature study. The results of the research in the service of ship arrivals and ship departures, the agent's role is to prepare everything in the process of processing licensing documents until the ship exits.
