Abstract

Effectiveness of a Terminal influenced by several factors including the view of Accessibility, facilities, and security of the terminal. Of the three, has an important role in improving the service that is reliable and professional. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of Accessibility, Facilities and Security of the Effectiveness of Adi Pura Giri Terminal Wonogiri both partially and simultaneously. In this study, the study population was a passenger that operate in Terminal Adi Pura Giri Wonogiri by taking a sample system with 100 respondents (sample). Variables in the study consisted of: Accessibility independent variables (X.1), amenities (X.2), and Security (X.3) and bound variables, namely Effectiveness (Y.1). Data collection method used is by way of a questionnaire method. The results of the analysis with the SPSS statistical tools ver.22 multiple linear regression equation Y = 1,674+ 0.188 0.310 X.1 + 0.310 X.2 + X.3 + . Results of linear equations of multiple shows that the influence of positive and significant correlation between accessibility to the effectiveness of terminal (t = 2.493> table = 1.984), the facilities of the effectiveness of terminal (t = 3.990> table = 1.984), security terhdap effectiveness terminal (t = 4.542> ttabel = 1.984), individually and simultaneously factor of accessibility, facilities, and security together - both have the effect of 40.740> Ftable 2.70. The third influence is very strong research variables with coefficient of determination (R2) obtained for 54.6% of the effectiveness of terminal and 45.4% are influenced by variables that were not detected in this study.
