Abstract
PT. Jasa Teknik Indonesia is an Occupational Health and Safety (K3) service company engaged in the inspection and testing of OHS objects. Inspection services in the fields of Lift and Transport Aircraft, Steam and Pressure Vessels, Power and Production Aircraft, Electrical Installation, and Fire Protection. Based on Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety and Permenaker No. 8 of 2020 discusses the requirements for Occupational Safety and Health of Lifting Aircraft, Transport Aircraft, and Lifting and Transporting Aids, the role of K3 is very important for prevention and action in work accidents. Inspection and testing of the Ship Unloader tool at PLTU Cilacap, Central Java, is one of the tools that has a high risk of work accidents. Among them there are several parts that we have to do testing such as, Grab Bucket, NDT testing at critical points, wire rope sling testing, Stopper bumper as an impact absorber. The supporting factors for Work Safety in this case are Safety Procedures, Safety Devices, Safety Guards, and K3 Operator Licenses and K3 Signs. By doing inspection and testing, the potential danger from work accidents will be minimized.
