Abstract
This paper is prepared based on ground practice at PT. Shipping Bahtera Adhiguna Cilacap branch. This writing aims to: find out the flow of Inaportnet system agency services, how to make company operations understand the Inaportnet system. Inaportnet is an open and neutral internet site to facilitate the exchange of port service data and information in a fast, safe, neutral and easy manner which is integrated with related government agencies, port business entities and logistics industry players to improve the competitiveness of the Indonesian logistics community. In addition, another goal is to find out how to pay for ship service agency fees that cannot be served in the Inaportnet system. Know how to deal with delays in ship arrival due to damage to the ship's engine or unpredictable weather. The conclusions obtained are as follows: The procedure or flow of services for ships and goods with the Inaportnet system starting from before the ship arrives until the ship leaves for the next port is good but still needs coordination with the head officeand other branch offices so that it is easier to manage the ship's arrival schedule. nor leave. Using the website system of KSOP Cilacap to serve payment of fees that cannot be served in the Inaportnet system. The company's operations will immediately be urgent and coordinate with the ship if there is information that the ship agency will immediately prepare and send the documents needed by the local agent using the Inaportnet system.
