Abstract
In the management or service of goods import document services at PT. Lintas Alam Samudera begins after obtaining a power of attorney from the importer, after that PT. Lintas Alam Samudera performs its duties by managing and completing documents as well as implementing the import of goods through a procedure, especially customs procedures starting from the preparation of documents, invoices, packing list, Bill of Lading, Inward Manifest BC 1.1, PPJK Company Data, Importer Company Data, Filling in documents for Notification of Import of Goods and clearance of documents, so that these documents can be submitted to customs and port agencies to examine the validity of these documents so that goods can leave the port area to the Importer's warehouse. There are factors that cannot be predicted/prevented, namely natural factors that can at any time slow down the company's performance in carrying out physical inspections of goods in the field and also from application system factors and human inaccuracies.
